Every package is quoted across four vehicle categories, namely car, tempo traveller, Force Urbania and bus, so the price scales with your group size. A car suits two to four travellers, a tempo traveller nine to twenty, the Urbania is the premium van option, and a bus handles larger parties of thirty and above.

Packages typically include all transfers and sightseeing in an air conditioned vehicle, fuel cost and vehicle maintenance, driver charges, and all taxes and toll charges, with pickup from and drop back to Delhi. Hotel accommodation, monument entrance fees, meals and guide charges are normally excluded and paid separately.

The same day Agra tour is the single most requested, since it delivers the Taj Mahal within one day from Delhi. For visitors with more time, the three day Golden Triangle is the most popular multi day option, covering Delhi, Agra and Jaipur in one circuit and giving a broad picture of North Indian heritage.

It comes down to distance and how much you want to see. Delhi sightseeing and Agra work well as single days. Jaipur is now practical in a day thanks to the expressway but is better over two or three. Varanasi and the Golden Triangle genuinely need multiple days, and compressing them tends to spoil the experience.

Many travellers take a package on a layover or between train connections, so tell us your timings and we will build the itinerary around them.

A week of notice is comfortable for most packages on ordinary dates. For peak season between October and March, long weekends, the May to June holiday period and major festival dates, we recommend three to four weeks ahead, particularly if you need a specific vehicle size or are travelling as a large group.
